We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Logistics Operative at Hinkley Point C.
As a Construction Logistics Operative, you will mainly be responsible for providing contractors with the best possible platform to successfully deliver their program.

- Installing way finding signage
- Installing Emergency signage
- Waste management
- Fire point maintenance
- Water point replenishment
- General housekeeping
- Material Movements
- Fire testing
- Water extraction
What do we need from you:
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- CITB Operative H&S test (to be completed before start date)
- Experience of working on a construction site
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the use of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to understand Safe Systems of work
- Experience in using COSHH materials and understanding COSHH assessments
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly
Desirable
- Medium Risk confined space training
- Fire Marshal training
- Site Specific Information:
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for the vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
