• Average of 42 hours per week working on a rotation of 4 12-hour shifts followed by 4 days off. The next week, working  5 12-hour shifts, followed by 5 days off.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist with vehicle manoeuvring in designated construction material delivery areas.
• Utilise electronic systems to ensure correct bookings are in place to allow access to construction delivery routes. 
• When necessary, act as traffic marshal for deliveries (minimal). 
• To utilise the bell-to-bell recording system for each shift as directed by your line manager.
• To ensure that you wear the correct PPE and your HPC ID pass is always on display while at work.
• Use Fulcrum (digital scheduling tool) to ensure the correct booking slots are complied with and work with all 
stakeholders that need access to delivery areas - training given. 
• Any additional reasonable duties requested by your supervisor.


Qualifications:

• CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before start date)
• Driving License


Experience:

• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to understand Safe Systems of work
• Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
• Reliability - maintain a good work ethic and routine
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
• An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' or colleagues needs.
