Main Duties:


Working within dedicated teams, you will be supporting with a variety of tasks including the following:
Installing way finding signage 
Installing Emergency signage 
Waste management 
Fire point maintenance 
Water point replenishment 
General housekeeping 
Material Movements 
Fire testing  
Water extraction  
General receipt of items 
Stock Control 
Traffic Marshalling 
Moving material from Buildings to various compounds 
Providing general support to various contractors on Hinkley Point C  
Safely and effectively clean spills, including biohazard waste, using appropriate PPE


Requirements:


CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before start date) 
Manual Handling trained
Good written and verbal communication skills 
Experience in the use of cleaning products and equipment 
Ability to understand Safe Systems of work 
Experience in using COSHH materials and understanding COSHH assessments 
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly 
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation 
Proven reliability and ability to maintain a good work ethic and routine 
Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team. 
An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' or colleagues needs. 
Able to be face fit tested, carry out RPE tasks when required.
