Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Starting salary from £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Logistics Administrator for the Stores and Compounds team at Hinkley Point C.
As Logistics Administrator for the Stores and Compounds team you will be maintaining a high level of communication and interaction with the colleagues within the Stores and Compounds team and within our client team.
Reporting to the Stores and Compound Lead you will be managing high-volume data processing ensuring efficient management of large data repositories and liaising with various stakeholders and suppliers on site.

- Starting salary from £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Average of 39 hours per week working, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate data entry, extraction, and maintenance to facilitate audit readiness. Maintain accurate records of Stores and Compounds activities.
- Assist in the management of onsite/offsite bookings for vehicle movements via a Delivery Management System.
- Communicate with procurement and suppliers as required.
- Produce various reports as requested by the Stores and Compounds Lead.
- Provide administrative support to the Stores and Compound Managers.
What do we need from you:
Skills, Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience of working into administrative roles.
- Understanding of equality and diversity principles regarding the needs of visitors and colleagues.
- Proficient in IT, with a solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
Qualifications
- CITB HS&E Operative test (must be completed before start date)
Site Specific Information:
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work history and required vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
