Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week.
- 9 days across 2 weeks (Monday to Friday on week 1 & Monday to Thursday on week 2).

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Logistics Administrator – Plant & Fleet at Hinkley Point C.
As a Logistics Administrator for Plant & Fleet, you will work with the Material Logistics team assisting with the scheduling of Plant & Fleet movements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of Plant & Fleet movements including liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Updating & maintaining the training matrix for Material Logistics Operatives
- Creation and amendment of documents
- Maintaining plant & fleet maintenance records
What do we need from you:
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- CITB Operative Test (must be obtained before the start date)
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong IT Skills and understanding of booking software, MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet searching and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools.
- Strong administrative/ co-ordination experience within a fast-paced, environment dealing with multiple and complex administrative processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
- Reliability – maintain a good work ethic and routine.
- An engaging and proactive ‘can do' attitude where successes and failures are shared.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
- An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' or colleagues needs.
Desirable
- Radio Communications Confident
- Ability to work with other internal processes and systems.
Site Specific Information:
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for the vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
