Main Duties:


The LTQR Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for the collation, verification, and compilation of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) associated with project construction, manufacturing, and installation activities. 
Compile, review, and verify documentation for LTQRs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability. 
Liaise with construction, quality, engineering, and document control teams to collect and track required records (i.e., FUDs, weld records, material certificates, test reports, calibration records). 
Ensure records comply with project specifications, NNB Quality Requirements, and relevant regulatory standards. 
Populate and maintain LTQR index structures and ensure documentation is correctly coded and aligned to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and system boundaries. 
Support readiness reviews and turnover activities by ensuring LTQR packages are complete and available for commissioning or regulatory inspection. 
Use document control systems and quality tools (i.e. Switch, Team Centre, Proarc). 
Identify and escalate missing, incomplete, or non-conforming records to relevant stakeholders and assist in timely resolution. 
Support audits by internal and external parties. 
Support with any other reasonable activities directed by the manager 
This position is based full time on site Monday to Friday


Requirements:


CCNSG or CSCS MAPS required
Previous experience in nuclear preferred nut not essential
