Purpose of the role:
- Highly skilled and experienced Records Professional working at Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Power Station, which forms part of the UK's expanding nuclear sector, specifically focusing on the Main Civil Works programme. As an LTQR Co-ordinator, working for BYLOR’s established Records Delivery Programme (RDP), responsible for the management and control of all Records and associated 'End' Reports (EMSR/ECSR/EESR), with a key emphasis on Life Time Quality Records (LTQRs) and Civil Works Completions and Handover.
- The principal remit of this role is to deliver BYLOR's HK2201 Main Civil Works (MCW) 'Self-performing' Reinforced Concrete and associated BYLOR work packages, including Reinforcement, Concrete Supply, and Embedded Items.
- Responsible for liaising and coordinating with the Off-site Supply Chain, ensuring they are suitably advised and supported with delivering the LTQRs and associated EMSRs in a timely, controlled, and progressive manner. Responsible for 'nurturing' Suppliers adopting a 'cradle-to-grave' approach.
- Maintaining compliance with the Office of Nuclear Regulation (ONR) regulatory requirements and Client Licence Conditions, in addition to project works information, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the Records Delivery Programme (RDP) and wider project teams. Additionally, this role involves significant stakeholder engagement with On-site Delivery teams, External Clients, and the Off-site Supply Chain, and integration with the Central Engineering function to enhance, optimise, and streamline Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) processes to ensure optimum LTQR delivery.
Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:
As a Life Time Quality Records (LTQRs) Co-ordinator at the Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station, your principal key responsibilities and specific accountabilities include:
LTQR Process: Implementing BYLOR’s Life Time Quality Records (LTQR) process in accordance with BYLOR’s work information, most notably Procedure: Life Time Quality Records (LTQR): HPC-HK2201000-QAL-000020.
Field View Digital Platform: Progressively populate Reinforced Concrete LTQRs enabling SCP-3 populating and signing prior to issuing to NNB for counter-sign-off. Compiling, QA-Checking and assembling BYLOR's digital 'self-performing' works LTQRs e.g. Reinforced Concrete, Completion of Reinforced Concrete, Grouting, Waterproofing etc.
Managing Records: Ensure the correct management of HK2201 MCW LTQRs by identifying, producing, packaging, submitting LTQRs, ensuring that LTQRs are submitted progressively during the works to demonstrate compliance in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
Snag List / *Exception Items Management: Populate FieldView with BYLOR HK2201 MCW outstanding issues or defects to ensure that the project is completed to the client's satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Responsible for ensuring that all project LTQR deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
ASITE Electronic Data Management System: Facilitate the storage, organisation, and retrieval of digital LTQRs and associated End-Reports (EMSR/ECSR), making it easier for users to access and manage their data. Ensure all LTQR deliverables adhere to project and BYLOR document management, version control, collaboration, and workflow automation processes.
Teamcenter Electronic Data Management System: Responsible for creating *LTQR placeholders, submitting LTQR documentation to workflow and returning watermarked LTQR documentation back in to BYLOR's EDMS - ASITE
Compliance: Ensure that BYLOR’s and Supply chains record-keeping practices adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in records management.
Collaboration: Work closely with BYLOR's Delivery teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure LTQR Management ‘Best Practices’ are followed.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency in records management practices to enhance organisational effectiveness.
*LOD Management: Ensuring accurate population and maintenance of metadata in the respective LODs
*Completions NCRs: Responsible for QA-checking the content of the Field View Completions NCR form, including supporting Survey Inspection Reports (SIR), highlighting non-conformances in-accordance with JDO requirements. Communicating any non-conformances with BYLOR's Delivery teams for rectification.
Bulk downloads the Completions NCR in-accordance with JDO requirements. Capture all relevant Completions NCR information in Laserfiche. Upload bulk downloads to ASITE and communicate with Central Document Control any non-conformances needed for SWITCH.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency with EDRMS software (e.g., Asite, Teamcenter, SharePoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Understanding of Life Time Quality Records (LTQR) process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to LTQRs.
• Strong understanding of BYLOR’s Completions and Handover process.
