Main Duties:


Recruit and manage a stores team ensuring compliance with HPC and WJ standards. 
Create and maintain documentation to align with stores and site requirements. 
Mobilise and operate stores activities in line with objectives from stores and Compound lead. 
Implement and maintain the approved stores asset management system. 
Profile resources and provide an Organisation Chart for stores and compounds lead. 
Principle contact for stores requirements. 
Establish systems for customers to order multiple assets, maintain minimum stock levels, and replenish stores 
Establish H&S protocols within your areas of responsibility including the specific site induction of resources.


Requirements:


SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, or similar safety management course. 
CITB MAP H&S test  
Nebosh  
Driving License
Experienced in Construction Equipment and Material  
Experienced in Stock control management systems. 
Excellent IT skills with proficient experience in MS Office Package. 
Excellent written, Verbal & Numeracy Skills  
Punctual and Reliable 
Flexible mindset.
