HSE Advisor

Main Duties:
Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company policies
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Identify hazards and implement effective control measures
Provide practical health & safety advice and support to staff and management
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and produce detailed reports
Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions where required
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Promote a positive health & safety culture across the organisation
Report to the Health & Safety Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role or similar
Strong knowledge of current health & safety legislation and best practices
Relevant qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Certificate)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
