 Job Responsibilities:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
    Coordinate new nuclear onboarding from candidate, following the Security Clearance process all the way through to new start, liaising with our Client on site who owns the Screening & Vetting process.
    Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries on site and refer to the onsite HR Business Partner or Operational team member.
    Process weekly starters and leavers in conjunction and issue relevant letters, and maintain this from a HR System and filing point of view. 
    Administer HR-related documentation, including new starter pack and contracts of employment, ensuring that documents of personal records, pension, vehicle, life assurance, right to work and equal opportunity are accurately maintained. 
    Ensure the relevant HR & Payroll System is maintained accurately and complies with current legislation. 
    Maintain employee E-Files accurately
    Action all sickness records whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times, reporting any long-term absences to the relevant HR team member. 
    Arranging and assisting with note taking of formal and informal meetings such as disciplinary & grievance, and produce the relevant outcome letter to the employee, following a full process in line with the Company's Policy & Procedure. 
    Assist with recruitment and selection on site of weekly and monthly paid positions. 
    Assist with interviews and issue relevant correspondence in a timely manner.
    Provide support with the wider HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR Services to the business. 
    Work alongside the Training Department to book new starts onto relevant mandatory training. 
    Allocations onto our QuickBase timesheet system of planned and unplanned absences on a daily basis. 
    Recruitment and Selection of weekly paid staff: offers of employments issued efficiently, ensuring effective co-ordination of relevant departments.
    Ensure onboarding of weekly paid new starters is conducted efficiently and professionally and where necessary carry out induction of salaried staff. Following the HPC Site Vetting process journey from candidate to new start. 
    Assist with ad hoc projects as and when required.
    Work to the business and company ethos at all times

 

Experience & Qualifications: 

-CIPD Level 3 Qualification desirable but not essential.

- At least 2 years in previous HR Admin/Coordinator Role

-Salary upto £27,000
