Role Purpose:
Direct reporting and monitoring support to the Operational Team.
Accountabilities:
1. Assist with the management of the Hi-Vis database scaffold management and the Temp-Works application.
2. Operate the management program in conjunction with the construction team and planning / Project Control team's expectations
3. Ensure the management program is maximizing asset utilization
4. Deliver best for project practises, identifying improvement methods
5. Display and foster a positive Nuclear Safety Culture embracing the HPC way
Key Deliverables:
1. Ensure all Input data is uploaded correctly into the management program
2. Monitor and control upload of scaffold requests into the system
3. Act as first-line technical support to the team using these systems being able to resolve issues or report them to the right people when needed.
Qualifications:
• High level in ICT knowledge and experience.
• Ability to achieve BPSS clearance to work in the UK
• Demonstratable knowledge and experience relevant Databases.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & data management platforms.
• IOSH Managing Safely preferred
• CCNSG or HSE MaPs Safety Passport
Experience
• A positive 'can do' mentality, self-motivated, setting the right behaviours.
• An ability to think laterally and flexibly to deliver solutions, and a 'process-driven' focus on delivery.
• Strong communication skills with their team and external stakeholders.
• An ability to reach sensible compromise position, a clear communicator, with clarity and positivity.
• Experience working on major construction projects.
• Experienced working with Joint Ventures.
Additional:
Preferable nuclear experience or at least major EPC projects.
Understanding of P6 planning programs/scheduling capabilities
Understanding or be willing to learn about temporary works and scaffolding.
