The main aim of the role is working as part of a team and assisting the Locker Supervisor in the allocation of lockers and completion of full locker audits on a prescribed basis. This will also include the issuing of padlocks and keys to staff and keeping up to date records while coordinating with a nominated person from all Tier 1 contractors.

 

Monday-Thursday 1:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

 

Creating a clean, safe, healthy and secure environment for people to work in is vital. Our Facilities Management teams work with some of the most important Government contracts, hospitals and schools. You will be making a difference, enabling and supporting these core businesses.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


▪    To assist in the allocation and management of all personnel lockers as approved and required to be assigned to individual workers at HPC through the life of the construction
▪    Ensure that all lockers are individually and accurately numbered 

▪    To assist in the coordination with all Tier 1 contractors and HPC managers to ensure that all workers are aware of the locker and changing room policies and procedures
▪    Assist in the reallocation of combination lock codes and the allocation of master keys when a worker forgets the combination for their own padlock.
▪    To assist in the completion of weekly and monthly locker audits for the client as directed by the Locker Supervisor

▪    Making sure all lockers are fit for purpose and reporting any defects so they can be resolved quickly
▪    To keep records and update the client of all personnel who have left site without returning their padlock or keys.
▪    Building relationships with the client by providing them with high level service

▪    Follow instructions from your Supervisor, ensuring the correct company policy and procedures are upheld at all times.
▪    Use of a computer to record and keep information up to data, answering e-mails regarding locker issues.
▪    To actively suggest new methods of working which will enhance the level of service delivered to our customer

▪    To attend training as and when required
▪    To ensure that you are adhering to the contracts uniform policy, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to carry out the various duties
▪    To ensure that you maintain a smart, presentable and professional image at all times


Essential Criteria:


▪    Commitment to high standards of organisation and timekeeping.
▪    Able to work in an organized and methodical manner.

▪    Ability to act on own initiative.
▪    Willingness to participate in further training/development
▪    Full UK Driving Licence
