Role Outline


Health Partners can offer you a varied and exciting role at their busy Medical/Urgent Care centre at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater Somerset.
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Emergency Treatment Nurse to work at our client site at Hinkley. The site operates 24/7 and we require candidates to work shifts including days and nights. 
You can enjoy the benefits we have to offer such as attractive salary of £43,260 per annum. Plus, enhanced rate of pay for nights and weekends.


What you'll be doing:

 

  • Emergency response covering trauma/medical emergencies on site.
  • Walk in treatment service for injury/illness.
  • Health surveillance/OH medicals
  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • Cannulation when required


What you'll have:

 

  • NMC Registered
  • A&E experience
  • Immediate or Advanced Life Support Qualification
  • Valid UK Manual Driving License
  • Ideally you will have experience with independent practice in MIU or similar


For this role, there is a two stage interview process. If you are successful to attend a second stage interview, you will be asked to do a practical assessment which will include an ALS scenario as well as assessing a limb and the interview will be held onsite.
