Opportunity for a ERP Co-Ordinator working with Framatome on the Hinkley Point C Project,


Key Responsibilities : 

 

  • Responsible for the creation of Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders (STO) till the point of consumption by Operations
  • Facilitate in the promotion and positive aspects of the ERP system and assist with system adoption for usage by cross-functional departments
  • An understanding of the business practices and procedures - which in turn led by the Logistics Manager will be used to design, develop, and maintain automated workflow processes
  • Responsible for working alongside the Material Data Coordinator to identify obsolete ERP data and rectify accordingly to ensure data standards are maintained to promote integrity, reliability, and efficiency of the system
  • Assisting with the User Acceptance Test (UAT) of new released ERP modules prior to implementation and ultimate deployment to the business
  • Thorough analysis and system checking of processes/workflows that ensure the ERP system meets the defined requirements
  • Collaborate with all ERP users to assess current and future information needs for the business
  • Continually supporting end customers on the system, ensure they are aware of upcoming/new functionalities and assist with required training


Qualifications : 

 

  • 5+ years of experience within Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Experience in process mapping
  • Experience in UAT processes
  • Excellent/advance skills in Microsoft Office Packages


Experience : 

 

  • Demonstrable experience of working with Material Resource Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools - particularly Supply Chain Management (SCM) module or Materials Management (MM) with SAP
  • Highly motivated with a data driven and analytical approach
  • Excellent professional, interpersonal and written skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supply Chain qualification or background
