Role Overview:

This role will coordinate the deployment requirements for both white and blue collar workforce.  Assisting the Deployment Advisor in delivering the Works Task Order and Service Task Order in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinating the deployment of incoming resource of both white and blue collar candidates.  
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

•    Coordinate bringing new start candidates both white and blue collar to the project.   
•    Ensuring that all first day requirements are in place in preparation for their Project Start. 
•    Working closely with the MEH Onboarding Team for all new start candidate details and start dates. 
•    Ensuring that all: joining instructions, PPE, Locker requirements and ICT (incl. email accounts) are in place in preparation of candidates' arrival.
•    Coordinating with the new team/department point of contact regarding first day and timings. 
•    Supporting the Deployment Advisor with notifications to the MEH Resourcing Team upon completion of candidate's arrival to complete the requirement.


Key Deliverables:

•    Achieving on time/on schedule recruitment demand. 
•    Ensuring that all new arrivals to the project are supported and all requirements are in place to ensure a smooth delivery to their appointed team/department. 
•    Coordinating with all departments internally within MEH, the site welfare teams and delivery partners to assist with the smooth delivery of new candidates. 
•    Supporting the Deployment Advisor with regular feedback on progress, highlighting any concerns regarding starting blockers (holidays, sickness, unforeseen issues)


Key Requirements:

•    NVQ Level 3 or relevant experience
•    Solid IT skills across full MS Office Suite, incl excellent Excel and data analysis ability
