Data Support Assistant

Hinkley Point C 

 

Location: Remote

 

Accountabilities:

 

  • Demonstrate a positive strong Nuclear Safety Culture throughout the whole engineering and construction life cycle of the Project. 
  • Undertake data cleansing tasks in SWITCH PLM.
  • Produce / maintain reports and KPI/ Progress updates to leadership team as appropriate.

 

Key Deliverables:

 

  • Assist End to End Configuration and Change Management Team (E2EC&CM) with resolution of data quality checks following CoMET to SWITCH 
  • PLM migration.
  • Incorporate missing ECS codes into impacted work packages.
  • Incorporate missing ECS codes into impacted Open Points.
  • Investigate & resolve incorrect status of Post Hand-over Open Points.
  • Investigate & resolve incorrect status of Design Open Points.
  • Correct impacted Open Points containing non-unitised ECS codes.
  • Resolve impacted Open Points recorded at incorrect revision.
  • Correct erroneously linked ECS codes within impacted Work packages
  • Remove / resolve duplicated data.
  • Assist the E2E C&CM team with ongoing works to understand data load file logic.
  • Produce and maintain progress reports on above deliverables.


Qualifications: 


• HNC/HND in relevant technical field, or:
• Degree / working towards Degree level qualification.
• CCNSG or HSE MaPs Safety Passport
• Capable of obtaining security clearance of BPSS


Experience:


• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Extensive experience of using Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
