Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to coordinate the HS&E team’s activities, including the preparation of monthly reports, materials for meetings and presentations
Coordinate the preparation of HSE communication; safety alerts, incident briefings, health and safety statistics
Coordinate the monthly assignment of inspections
Track safety observations and inspections. Create reports with available data
Responsible for recording and acknowledging any health & safety queries or concerns, tracking and monitoring progress against actions.
Track and keep register of internal and 3rd party training records
Maintaining and organizing office files, both physical and digital
Performing data entry tasks and preparing regular reports for management review
Material requests for safety related items
Keep the COSHH register up to date, in accordance with the provided data
Safe use, protection, storage and care of general maintenance products, hand and power tools
You must:
Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do);
Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare;
Follow the training you have received when using any work items your employer has given you.
General Conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
Has one of the following qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or relevant experience
Can achieve Security Clearance (BPSS)
Hold or Can achieve CCNSG Safety Passport or HS&E test for supervisors.
