We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Construction Logistics Space (CLS) Coordinator at Hinkley Point C.
As a Construction Logistics Space (CLS) Coordinator, your role is to provide support to Construction Logistics Team executing the safe operational deliveries of material to the construction areas. In this role you will be expected to always maintain a high level of communication with members of the Building Logistics Space Team.
You will be working with various building access and leadership teams ensuring they are supported to operationally deliver. You must therefore be a confident team player who is able to build effective internal and external working relationships quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of internal departmental activities Note taking and room booking requests for meetings
- Provide general administrative support to the team such as note taking and room booking.
- Provide administrative support to Building Space team
- Ensure the department's data is correctly input and audited in the appropriate programme (AssetTagz, Fulcrum and TimeGate)
- Monitor and recording of Daily Absence Reports.
- Assisting Black Hats with the day-to-day planning of briefings: printing and tracking of ToolBox Talk's, scanning and filing.
- Updating and monitoring of the Training Matrix.
- Managing and monitoring / meeting planning of new starters (start dates, inductions, and training)
- Communicate with onsite procurement and external suppliers as required. Produce various reports as requested by Building Logistics management team.
What do we need from you:
Skills, Experience
Essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand Safe Systems of work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong typing and numeracy skills.
- Experience in computer-based record keeping and data entry.
Desirable
- Previous experience of working in a construction environment
Qualifications
Essential
- CITB HS&E Operative Test (must be obtained before start date).
Desirable
- First aid at work
Site Specific Information:
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work history and required vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
