Opportunity for a Concrete Finisher Supervisor working with Kilnbridge on the Hinkley Point C Project,


Main Duties:

 

  • Supervise Crews: Direct and coordinate the activities of concrete finishers and laborers on-site.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor the preparation, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Quality Control: Inspect concrete surfaces for uniformity, smoothness, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve issues related to materials, equipment, or personnel.
  • Safety Management: Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.
  • Training & Mentorship: Train new workers and mentor junior finishers in best practices and techniques.
  • Material Management: Ensure proper mixing ratios and compatibility of materials; oversee the use and maintenance of tools and machinery.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and crew hours.


Qualifications : 

 

  • Gold CSCS card,
  • Previous managment experience, previous concrete finishing experience
