Opportunity for a Communications and Business Support Coordinator working with Wilson James on the Hinkley Point C Project,
Main Duties :
- As a Communications and Business Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in organising and maintaining our formal contract documents. You will have vast experience with MS Office, specifically using PowerPoint and Excel is paramount as you will be responsible for a formal document preparation, document verification and writing reports and presentations for senior managers.
- The Communications and Business Support Coordinator will be a team player, an effective organiser with strong communication skills.
- You will directly support the senior team but also maintain a watch and guidance on the administrative duties of our other areas of responsibility.
- You will be responsible forinternal communication and document control relating to ourformal contract documents – this will mean working with strategic partners and the project document management systems.
- You will be the first point of contact and support organising planned events.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager, Administrative Manager or a Document Controller looking to gain more broad experience and learn about complex business setup in the largest construction project in Europe.
This will be a very busy role with conflicting priorities, and we are looking for someone who wants to join us who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to work across a diverse set of businesses. You will be part of a great team, who are supportive and friendly.
Qualifications/Experience :
- CITB HSE Operative Test (must be obtained before start date).
- Excellent in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Excellent Written, Verbal & Numeracy Skills.
- Thorough and striving for high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to research and produce information.
- Ability to interact comfortably with blue and white collar workforce.
Benefits :
- Salary starting from £35,000 (Depending on experience)

- Working 39 hours per week, working 9 days across 2 weeks (Monday - Friday on week one then Monday - Thursday on week two), other shift patterns can be considered.
