Key responsibilities and skills


Produce and distribute internal newsletters
Share all Hinkley Point C news updates with all staff
Coordinate with the Installation team to gather content for upcoming articles
Visit site to document activities and take photographs
Support major milestone events, including weekend work when required
Arrange and conduct employee interviews across departments
Write articles covering site activities and employee stories
Coordinate interviews with The Point (site newspaper) to represent Framatome
Conduct and transcribe video interviews
Organise photo shoots for employees and events (e.g., Quality Day, Safety Event) and produce follow-up articles
Maintain and update the UK Programme Framatome page on Framatome Intranet.
Liaise with the NNB Communications team and attend weekly NNB meetings
Stay informed on all site events and activities
Assist in preparing site communication presentations
Manage the People Logistics / Site administration team (onboarding and administration).
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for local and expat employees
Support the onboarding team in resolving any major issues
Work closely with HR to maintain compliance with the Training Skills Matrix, collaborating with external partners to align French and English qualifications
Oversee the NNB audit for 100% compliance every month. Liaise with NNB audit team for any non-compliance
Develop and maintain a robust onboarding programme for all new starters
Chair weekly H&N-format People Logistics team meetings
Organise seminars for senior staff, including catering bookings and invoice checks
Book meeting rooms and verify related invoices
Organise the monthly site communication meeting
Ensure the Employee List, Visitor Spreadsheet, and all other People Logistics documents are kept up to date
Support Site Manager and HR to liaise internally and externally with the NNB Operations team regarding all aspects related to the offices
Oversee the allocation and management of car park bays
Manage and resolve all locker-related queries
Keep up to date the Training matrix for Site dedicated employees (Nuclear Safety Culture and all mandatory trainings)


Requirements:


Strong background in Communication
Ability to lead a small team
