The Opportunity


As Commercial Manager within Site Construction Logistics, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance across logistics and common building services. This is a fast-paced, evolving programme where your ability to manage relationships and ensure service excellence will make a real impact on the success of HPC and future projects.


What You’ll Be Doing


You’ll lead commercial activities for logistics and common building services, ensuring contracts and services deliver maximum value and efficiency. Working alongside the Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll manage supplier relationships and performance to keep this critical programme on track.


Your role will involve negotiating and managing NEC3 TSC service contracts, monitoring compliance, and resolving challenges quickly and effectively. You’ll be the go-to person for commercial insight, helping stakeholders make informed decisions that support the project’s long-term success.


This is a role where collaboration matters. You’ll build strong connections across the supply chain and project teams, ensuring expectations are clear and outcomes are delivered. Every day, you’ll help keep one of the UK’s most significant energy projects moving forward.


Who You Are


You’re experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You understand the unique challenges of large-scale construction projects and can balance commercial priorities with operational needs.
Knowledge of NEC3 TSC service contracts and supply chain systems such as CEMAR and SAP will help you hit the ground running.
Above all, you’re a strong communicator who can build trust and influence at every level, ensuring collaboration and accountability across the board.
