Main Duties:


Supporting the Deputy Commercial Manager in:


Assembling and submitting monthly payment applications.
Data entry and management across the commercial team.
Managing data reporting and tracking performance against agreed KPIs.
Compiling and analysing project and cost data.
Preparing quotations for additional and out-of-scope works.
Conducting cost/value analysis exercises.
Forecasting labour and material requirements.
Assessing project costs and contracts.
Providing cost advice to clients and project teams.
Supporting the commercial awareness of operational teams, including guiding them through annual budgets.
Creating and maintaining visual data presentations, including graphs and charts.


Requirements:


Experience working with large datasets or data reporting tools.
Experience in data entry and data management.
Familiarity with financial or commercial reporting processes.
A working knowledge of SAP or similar procurement software.
Experience working on large-scale projects within nuclear or similarly regulated sectors.


Essential


Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manage large datasets, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors accurately.
Excellent numerical skills, with the ability to perform quick and accurate calculations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations using data from multiple sources.
Analytically and mathematically minded individual, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and anomalies in data.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others to solve problems.
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly in various formats.
Ability to remain calm and respond effectively under pressure.


Desirable


Familiarity with financial or commercial reporting processes.
Experience working with large datasets or data reporting tools.
Experience in data entry and data management.
A working knowledge of SAP or similar procurement software.
