Main Duties:


•    To provide administrative support to commercial team on BPT UK. Learning fundamental commercial concepts whilst developing professional skills through hands-on experience.
•    Proactively work with the commercial team to support with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
•    Keeping records of actions and expediting completion of such within the required timescales.
•    Attending meetings, drafting and distributing the minutes to all team members
•    Prepare and file records to ensure they are up to date and easily accessible
•    Support of cost substantiation exercises; retrieval of timesheets, invoices and delivery notes.
•    Payment Application substantiation; reconciliation of clocking in hours against paid hours, ascertaining reasons for any discrepancies
•    Support in timesheet process and ensuring correct allocation of cost to budgets
•    Ad-hoc administration of commercial trackers
•    This position is based full time on site Monday to Friday


Requirements:


•    CCNSG or CSCS MAPS required
•    Previous experience in nuclear preferred but not essential
