Are you looking for an exciting new role where you can challenge your administration and customer service skills? As a Business Systems Coordinator, you will be part of the Turnbull Support Services team providing effective multi-function support.

 

 

This is a 12 Month FTC.

 

What you'll do

As Business Systems Coordinator, your main responsibility will be:

 

  • Ensuring all personnel and vehicles across Turnbull at HPC have correct access rights and are managed to avoid disruption to the delivery teams, inclusive of Development Consent Order (DCO) licencing conditions
  • Safeguarding the compliance of all WIMS profiles for Turnbull Stakeholders
  • Taking ownership and ensure the onboarding of personnel is processed in line with NNB requirements
  • Managing and preparing documentation for monthly WIMS audits as requested by the client, ensuring no disruptions to the delivery teams on site
  • Ensuring good liaison with other Turnbull departments, including Tier 2 + 3 sub-contractors, promoting a consistent approach, building relationships, and providing resolution of identified problems
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient uploading of all company documents to IMS
  • Managing correspondence by answering emails/queries in joint inboxes
  • Managing and monitoring all data to ensure compliance and no site access issues occur
  • Supporting the wider team with all ADHOC administration requests
  • Effective liaison with on-site field staff to ensure correct transfer of information
  • Providing a rapid and effective response to operational problems
  • Training and development of new and existing staff.
  • Requirement to participate in occasional weekend working with an agreed shift allowance 

 

What you'll need

To be successful, you will need to:

 

  • Be able to problem solve efficiently and effectively
  • Be highly proficient in all Microsoft packages – Outlook, Word, Excel, Email, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
  • Be proactive with organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Have excellent at administration-based skills
  • Have effective communication skills at all levels. Being able to operate with diplomacy, tact, and empathy
  • Have the ability to deal with large data sets and provide analysis for reporting
  • Be driven and able to self-manage workload in a highly pressured environment whilst maintaining exemplary safety and quality standards.

 

It would be desirable to have:

 

  • At least 2 years intermediate/high level administration skills or experience
  • A business administration qualification would be desirable.
