The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.



Daily, you'll provide a high level of customer service - assisting the team by processing requests for personnel and vehicle access via NNB EDF systems such as WIMS (Workforce Information Management System) and DMS (Delivery Management System). Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring of all clocking in and out for COMA via the T&A (Time and Attendance) system, managing new starters and issuing monthly client reports. You will be expected to maintain a high level of communication with the team and relevant leads at all times.


Direct interface will be required with all departments of the COMA team, including liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure system information is maintained and compliance is being followed. Regular audits will be conducted by the client, therefore all records and databases need to be kept to a high standard to ensure we can continue to provide a first in class service.


To be successful, you'll need to have excellent Administration and IT skills, including Microsoft Office software.


The systems you will be operating are key to the success of COMA's delivery at HPC site, so attention to detail is essential. You'll be working in a small team, liaising with a wide variety of system users so you must be a confident team player who is able to build effective internal/external working relationships quickly. This is a busy role that needs someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and methodical to enable them to deliver to our high standards.


Prior construction knowledge is not a requirement for this role, as all training and support will be provided upon joining the COMA team.
