Building and Workspace Lead

Main Duties:


Lead a team of Building Coordinators to maintain top-tier standards for cleaning, maintenance, and workplace quality across all HPC sites.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert knowledge and a collaborative approach to all facilities management services.
Collaborate with G4S FM functions and stakeholders to achieve contractual goals and improve service delivery.
Manage all workspace projects, from daily inquiries to large-scale relocations, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
Supervise the CAD Space Planner and manage the Excitech database to ensure all building information is current and accurate.
Provide coaching and performance management for your team, including development and HR-related actions.


Requirements


Proven experience managing and leading a small team
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
A track record of delivering work to the highest standards
