ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
G4S
Hinkley Point C 

 

Salary: £31,575.05

12 Month Fixed term contract 

40 hours per week 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain central office systems, ensuring that records are accurate and consistent with relevant company procedures.
  • Maintain and deliver various staff related procedures in accordance with G4S FM HR processes and procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Payroll and Pensions.
  • Sickness/Absence recording, tracking and reporting.
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliation of Kronos timecards.
  • Holiday & TOIL recording, tracking and reporting.
  • Creating and updating personnel files.
  • Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Supporting with Inductions for new starters, including preparation of staff handbook and new starter documentation.
  • Issuing offer letters and Terms and Conditions of Employment.
  • To provide statistical information to the SMT in preparation of the monthly trading report.
  • To attend and support meetings providing minute taking services.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Possesses excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach
  • Conscientious and reliable, ensuring accuracy with a keen eye for detail

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Knowledge of Kronos, Workforce and WIMS.
  • Payroll software experience an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
