The Site Assistant role is designed to support the daily operations of HPC project, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams. This role delivers essential administrative support, assists the project management team in optimizing their daily activities, and ensures efficient organization of on-site events, meetings, and visitor logistics. The Site Assistant plays a key role in facilitating the management team's business travel and providing general assistance to the team. The role is expected to contribute to the efficient running of the site and help foster a productive and collaborative working environment.

 

Salary: £27,500pa


What you will be doing: 


- Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
- Support the project management team on a daily basis to help optimize the management of their activities.
- Coordinate and welcome visitors to site, including booking appointments and arranging access.
- Plan and organize meetings - book rooms, arrange catering, and ensure stationery and supplies are available.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including managing the Hinkley Health Portal and booking medicals.


Key outputs: 


- Efficient Visitor Management: Ensuring all site visitors are booked and greeted professionally, contributing to a positive experience for external stakeholders.
- Effective Meeting and Event Coordination: Ensuring meetings are well-organized, with all logistics in place, including room bookings, food, and supplies.
- Optimized Travel Management: Providing seamless travel arrangements for the management team to ensure business trips are executed smoothly.
- Smooth Administrative Operations: Providing high-quality administrative support to the project management team, improving overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Successful Event and Training Coordination: Ensuring that events and training sessions run without issues, facilitating a productive and organized environment on-site.


Requirements:


•    Fast paced environment 
•    Ability to work and interact in French (is a plus)
•    Experience of international and multicultural environment.
•    Experience in office administration
