TCi Construction WORKS is a commercial new-build, fit-out, and refurbishment contractor operating across the South of England, with extensive experience in specialist industrial environments.


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an administration apprentice to join our team. 


Roles & Responsibilities: 


•    Support the onboarding and vetting of all applicable operatives via workforce management systems, including leavers, rehires, shared resources, and transfers.
•    Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for workforce data and compliance documentation
•    Track applications and operative status through to completion, ensuring compliance documents are securely stored.
•    Help with evidence collation as per Competency & Qualification Matrix requirements and file appropriately for audit purposes
•    Book required medicals and training
•    Process requests for temporary workers and office visitors
•    Organise site delivery vehicle bookings via relevant client systems, informing stakeholders of instructions and potential issue
•    Support general office and project administration tasks
•    Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions


Requirements: 


•    Strong organisational skills
•    Good oral and written communication skills
•    Discretion and respect for confidentiality at all times
•    Basic skills in Microsoft Office
•    Willingness and ability to learn and become competent with bespoke software systems
•    Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) testing and BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) vetting
•    Eligibility to live and work in the UK

•    Training provider has not yet been determined, L2 or L3 standard available.
