Salary: £52,241.25 per annum

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, TA6 4FJ


G4S Facilities Management are recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Bridgwater.
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain and repair assets, building fabric, services and estate.


Responsibilities

 

  • Manage, arrange and coordinate all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks in accordance with the Client’s Service Level Agreement.
  • Lead estate engineers, technicians and contractors working on site during repairs, maintenance or refurbishment work.
  • Deal effectively and safely with breakdowns and damage to assets.
  • Assist with reports and technical procedures for Building Maintenance Activities.
  • Responsible for the safety and proper use of all tools and equipment.
  • Maintenance inspection and repairs to various types of commercial equipment and services on site.
  • Diagnosing and fixing faults on all mechanical and electrical support systems.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:


Essential

 

  • Qualified and experienced HVAC or mechanical engineer
  • Experience of building and facilities maintenance
