Tru7 Group are a leading provider of Plant and Heavy Machinery to the construction, demolition, and agriculture industries. Our Contracts division which comprises of TruEarthworks and TruDemo is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Estimator to lead all elements of pre-construction.


Position Overview:


As our Estimator, you will be a key player in the pre-construction phase, ensuring our contracts division maximises its financial potential and project success. You will develop precise estimates and oversee tender processes, from initial stages through to contract award and handover.


Key Responsibilities:

  
•    Develop precise and professional estimates in alignment with established practices and policies.
•    Lead pre-construction activities from tendering through to contract award and handover to the project team.
•    Conduct feasibility analysis, procurement, and negotiations to ensure project success.
•    Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support work-winning efforts.


Requirements:

  
•    Experience in preparing cost estimates for construction, ideally 3yrs min.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Experience in Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
•    Must have 12months UK working experience within Civils, Groundworks or Earthworks estimating!
