Crane Supervisor (Sizewell C)

Duties include:
• Verifying that cranes are positioned correctly, loads do not exceed weight limits, and all safety procedures are strictly followed
• Coordinate activities among crane operators, riggers, signallers, and other personnel to ensure smooth and efficient lifting operations. 
• Manage the workflow to prevent delays and accidents 
• Scheduling inspections, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring any necessary repairs are completed promptly 
• Ensure that all crane operations comply with guidance and regulations.


As the Crane Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that lifting operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations, while coordinating personnel and equipment to support project goals.


Key Skills, Experience and Certificates:
• CSCS Gold
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Emergency First Aid at Work (desirable)
• CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS)
 Lifting Operations - Appointed Person
 Crane Lift Supervisor
 Certified Rigger
 NPORS N046 Rigging & Fleeting Loads
 Slinger Signaller
• Safety Critical Medical (desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)


Experience
