As Commis you will be responsible for food preparation with a good understanding of knife skills and supporting all kitchen sections.  You will ensure kitchen stations are clean and will learn about hygiene regulations and practices.  Stock rotation is key, and you will work with the senior chefs to ensure all food is correctly rotated and stored.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have completed training or still undertaking formal training.
The ideal candidate may have some industry experience
