Advocate for the adoption of Digital Engineering and integrated project controls, helping to link business data with project delivery for performance measurement and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong working relationships across a diverse stakeholder base, anticipating needs, resolving complex issues and acting as a trusted advisor to CWA and Sizewell C clients

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
At least 12-15 years' experience leading project controls on major infrastructure programmes, preferably with international tier 1 contractors
APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning & Control Practitioner or equivalent professional qualification (MRICS preferred)
Direct experience with leading contract, cost and EVM systems (such as PRISM, Unifier and InEight)

The ability to inspire and motivate teams, communicate clearly, and deliver operational excellence across a complex programme environment
A proven record in stakeholder management, with a focus on building trust and fostering positive, sustainable working relationships
This is your opportunity to shape the future of the UK's energy infrastructure as part of an alliance dedicated to safety, excellence and innovation. If you are ready to take on this challenge and drive real change, please get in touch with your details.
