Business Admin Apprentice

Job Role 


Provide administrative support across different departments within the business, including HR, Recruitment, Operations, Transport, Engineering and Health & Safety.
Assist with day-to-day business administration, documentation and record keeping.
Support teams with maintaining accurate records, systems and company documentation.
Communicate with colleagues, employees, candidates and external stakeholders in a professional and helpful manner.
Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, training and other business activities.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities where required.
Assist Operations and Transport teams with administrative tasks supporting the day-to-day running of services.
Support Engineering and Health & Safety teams with documentation, records and general administration.
Learn the compliance processes required for working within a transport environment and on high-security and regulated sites.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
Support business events, meetings and team activities.
Build strong working relationships with teams across the organisation.
Develop an understanding of how different departments work together to support the wider business.
Ensure all administrative activities are completed accurately, professionally and in line with company procedures


Qualifications 


GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Full UK Driving Licence
Interest in recruitment or people-focused roles


Experience 


Previous customer service or administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
