Aggregate Bulker Driver (Sizewell C)
JOB PURPOSE:
Collection and delivery of aggregates from local quarries to our concrete plants.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of aggregates to various locations.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain the truck in an acceptable and clean condition.
• Work in accordance with safe working practices and legislation with regards to Driver Hours and the Working Time Directive.
• Complete required documentation, paying good attention to detail.
• Liaise with the Transport Manager in relation to stock of materials.
• Promote positive team culture within the department and with others.
• Be responsible for own Health & Safety within the working environment, ensuring any PPE provided is worn/used appropriately and when required.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested within the remit of the role.
