Accountabilities:
- Ensure accurate data input to WIMS system
- Liaise with applicants to request required information for vetting process.
- Collating, checking and follow up on information required for the HPC pre-employment screening through the in-house screening portal and submitting applications via the WIMS system for approval.
- Managing of new staff onto the project, proactively managing all aspects of the vetting process to enable staff to commence work as quickly as possible.
- Collate required information for DBS requests and process accordingly.
- Understand compliance for SQEP process and create and upload relevant documents
- Verify ID to legal requirements.
- Methodical management of documents.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Maintain and monitor database to ensure all colleagues vetting qualifications are within date.
- Identify existing NSV clearance and arrange transfer (if required)
Key Deliverables:
Process all vetting cases within the required KPI timeframes.
Obtain and file all relevant documentation evidence to achieve 100% compliance for LC-9 audit
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:
(in line with MEH Onboarding matrix)
Qualifications
Modern apprenticeship in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
CITB HS&E Operators certificate.
Experience
Proven track record in all aspects of Administration in a fast-moving environment
Required
The ability to hold NSV clearance (if required)
Additional Qualifications/ Experience:
Experience of vetting activities would be an advantage
