Main Responsibilities:
To ensure accurate worked hours and absences are recorded promptly and efficiently in support of site operations.
To provide accurate data to payroll to support employee's pay being completed in a timely manner and in full.
On a weekly basis, timewriters must enter accurate worked hours and absences into the Mpower system.
Review and chase missing sheets of personnel in timewriters team.
Approval and counter signatures of BPT timesheets to evidence Agency timesheets have been entered in MPower.
Complete relevant section of onboarding, offboarding, transfer checklists.
Assigning and recording clocking-in fobs.
Facilitating the running of audits for BPT.

Previous experience is the relevant role is required.
