We're now looking for a Site Quality Control Lead to join our team at Hinkley Point C. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the Manufacturing Quality Control Team, ensuring compliance with nuclear standards, managing ITPs and LTQRs, and driving continuous improvement across all quality processes.
We need a professional with strong leadership and communication skills ad experience in manufacturing or construction quality programs.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing QC team
- Oversee ITPs, NDT, welding procedures, and documentation
- Ensure Right First-Time delivery and nuclear safety compliance
- Collaborate with project and client teams to meet delivery goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Business
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, RCCM, and nuclear standards
- Extensive quality experience within manufacturing, construction or regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Experience leading quality teams and driving continuous improvement
- Understanding of welding, NDT and inspection processes
- Ability to investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Knowledge of nuclear quality requirements and standards (RCC-M, ISO 19443 or Nuclear New Build experience highly desirable)
