Salary: £25,000.00-30,000.00

Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

-End-to-End Booking: Identify training needs and manage bookings for all HSE-related courses (e.g., First Aid, Fire Warden, Working at Heights, IOSH/NEBOSH).

-Renewal Tracking: Proactively monitor qualification expiry dates. You will initiate the renewal process 30-60 days in advance to prevent any "lapses in ticket" for site staff.

-Compliance Auditing: Regularly audit the Training Matrix to ensure 100% data accuracy for internal and external safety inspections.

-Medical Appointments: Schedule and coordinate "Fit for Work" medicals, specialist health surveillance appointments.

-Confidential Record Keeping: Handle sensitive medical certifications and data in strict accordance with GDPR and company privacy policies.

-Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the site, the employees, and external medical providers.

-Administrative Hub: Provide "overflow" support to the wider group, preparing reports for management, or assisting with document control.

-Resource Coordination: Help various departments with logistical tasks such as, meeting room management, and distribution of site-wide internal communications.

-Office Operations: Manage site mail, office supply procurement and other genera; duties.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

-Business Administration qualification at level 3 or above desirable.

-Proven office or administrative experience is essential.

-Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

-Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes.

-Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.

-Experience with clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and scheduling.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a dynamic role that combines organisational responsibilities with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.
