Resource Coordinator 

The MEH Alliance - Cavendish Nuclear 

Hinkley Point C 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

•    To provide and support a quality resourcing offering which is flexible, responsive, focused on business need and delivered with passion, drive and innovation 
•    To maintain resourcing process and reporting; ensuring cost effective, compliant, effective and timely resource delivery to all areas of the Alliance 
•    To collate multiple strands of recruitment and control the process, ensuring timely provision of CVs, chasing feedback, reporting on progress

 

 

Qualifications and Experiences: 

 

•    Strong administrative/ co-ordination experience within a fast-paced,  environment dealing with multiple and complex administrative processes 
•    Excellent organisation and planning skills, ability to work methodically 
•    Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
•    Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and meeting deadlines 
•    Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as within a team 
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills including the proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders alike and proven ability to engage and establish credibility with a variety of audiences 
•    Resourcing/ recruitment or HR administration experience, gained within in-house, agency or RPO environment 
•    Experience in administering end to end recruitment processes and using recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems 
•    Previous experience of using applicant tracking systems or online recruitment systems 
•    Excellent IT capabilities spanning MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet searching and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools
