plus OTE to £65-£70k possible, dependant on experience and input.
Key Duties :
- Work either individually or as part of a team with limited supervision to carry out installation of containment, cabling and equipment on temporary supplies, new builds, remodelling and upgrades to existing buildings and structures.
- Installation and connection of switchgear, distribution equipment and sub circuits and heavy power cabling.
- Glanding and termination of all types of low voltage and E&I cabling.
- Installation and maintenance of fire alarm, emergency lighting, lighting control systems, IT networks PA and CCTV systems, BMS.
- Deal effectively and safely with breakdowns and fault finding or damage replacement on installed systems.
- A working understanding of control wiring and systems and an ability to work on fault finding and process on operating systems.
- Assist with periodic inspections of electrical systems and produce reports and certification
- Assist with installation documentation for new circuits and installations and test and commission on completion.
Qualifications :
- Fully qualified and experienced commercial and industrial electrician
- 18th Edition wiring regulations
- NVQ Level 3 C&G 2360/2330 or equivalent
- Full, clean driving licence and preferred upgraded to enable trailer towing.
- IPAF preferred
- PASMA preferred
Experience :
- A fully qualified and experienced ECS Gold card holding "registered" or "installation" electrician with 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification, preferably with minimum 2 years post apprenticeship experience.
