Job Responsibilities

1.The Quality Records (LTQR) Manager is responsible for setting up LTQR requirements for Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC (MEH) items to the Hinckley Point C (HPC) construction site via the designated EDMRS System(s).
2. Completions orientated attitude, managing the Records Discipline Leads and Areas LTQR Co-ordinators & Technicians, interfacing with MDT and relevant stakeholders to capture & process LTQR deliverables on time and in line with 
Project deadlines ensuring completion and delivery of associated scope LTQR 
deliverables to support End of Erection Status Reports.
3. Ensuring single point interface for all LTQR activities for client, vendors and subcontractors to meet delivery handover requirements.
4. Develop, implement, and manage site-based document management systems for both electronic and hard copy records
5. Ensure site based LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures
6. Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements 
7. Create master document templates and forms when required
8. Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control.
9. Prepare data reports when required on document status for MEH Alliance management.
10. Deliver training on LTQR process and procedures when required.

 

Key Deliverables

1. Establish project LTQR system to capture mandatory document properties to support site, commissioning etc.
2. Completions orientated managing the LTQR Discipline Leads and Area LTQR Coordinators & Technicians, interfacing with MDT and relevant stakeholders to capture & process discipline specific LTQR deliverables on time and in line with Project deadlines ensuring completion and delivery of associated scope LTQR deliverables to support End of Erection Status Reports.
3. Liaise with the Area Quality Leads to ensure appropriate LTQR's are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
4. Review LTQR's for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports.
5. To be familiar with the Scope of Work, the Contract Specifications and appropriate Nuclear Standards, the drawings and the procedures.
6. Co-ordinate with various project personnel and client in establishing LTQR procedures and systems.
7. Provide necessary procedural and database management training to the project LTQR staff.
8. Establish platform for exchanging of LTQR data between client, vendors and sub-contractors

 

Experience

1. Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document managementsystems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas
2. Experience of setting up and implementing a construction site based LTQR related solution for both electronic and hard copy documents.
3. Experience working in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other relevant safety critical industry.
4. Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
5. Preferred 5 years' experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records.
6. Major Project Experience,
7. Nuclear Experience beneficial
8. Working in Alliance agreement projects
