As a Records Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the management and control of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) across the project.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling, reviewing and submitting LTQR deliverables to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements.
  • Managing the distribution and control of both electronic and hard-copy documents, maintaining full configuration control throughout their lifecycle.
  • Producing data reports and document status updates to support project reporting requirements.
  • Assisting with the preparation and compilation of LTQR handover packs.
  • Supporting LTQR Coordinators to ensure all required quality records are submitted and maintained in accordance with project requirements.
  • Reviewing quality records for completeness, accuracy and compliance to support the creation of lifetime records and End of Erection Status Reports.
  • Ensuring all document management activities are undertaken in accordance with approved procedures and processes

 

Qualifications:

  • Discipline-specific qualification preferred.
  • Strong IT proficiency with experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Understanding of document control principles and configuration management processes.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS security clearance.

 

Experience:

  • Experience working with EDMS automation systems and managing controlled records.
  • Previous experience within major construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working with quality documentation, technical records or lifetime quality records.
  • Experience within the nuclear industry would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in collaborative alliance or joint venture environments is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
