Office Administrator

The MEH Alliance - NG Bailey 

Hinkley Point C 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

1.    Provide document control oversight for all documents issued to Cost Advice & Change Management team. 
2.    Document control liaison with NNB document control / MEH document control / Project Managers ensuring that all documents are received in a timely manner. 
3.    Download and log all received documents. 
4.    Filing all documents into appropriate disciplines/folders including renaming as required. 
5.    Version control tracker. 
6.    Log of completed documents.
7.    Track all AMIs/GCs received, logging number of books received and take offs required i.e. Isometrics etc.

 

 

Experience & Qualifications: 

A good level of secondary education 

•    An advanced level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
•    Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.  
•    Excellent written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
