Required Skills:


Strong attention to detail and target-driven approach
Proficiency with analytical tools and Office 365 applications (Excel, Word)
Ability to develop specifications, negotiate, and secure supplier quotations
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
Ability to follow established processes with a questioning attitude
Experience managing procurement processes from order to payment
Valid driving license


Nice to Have Skills:


Experience with SAP or other procurement reporting tools
Familiarity with inventory or supply chain management systems
Problem-solving skills related to delivery, damages, or order discrepancies
Strong influencing and team-building capabilities


Preferred Education and Experience:


Minimum GCSE/National Qualifications standards
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management
Prior experience working with external suppliers and stakeholders


Other Requirements:


Ability to work collaboratively across various teams to ensure continuity of supply
Willingness to develop innovative solutions in a fast-moving environment
Commitment to maintaining organized procurement documentation for auditing
