Job Responsibilities:

 

1.    Lead the setup of the management program to HPC MEHA requirements.
2.    Operate the management program in conjunction with the construction team and planning / Project Control team's expectations
3.    Ensure the management program is maximizing asset utilization
4.    Act as Liaison between program installer / IT department and the MEHA construction Team
5.    Deliver best for project practises, identifying improvement methods 
6.    Display and foster a positive Nuclear Safety Culture embracing the HPC way

 


Qualifications:

 

1.    HNC / Relative Engineering accreditation
2.    Ability to achieve BPSS clearance to work in the UK
3.    Demonstratable knowledge and experience with database software
4.    Strong communication skills with their team and external stakeholders.
5.    An ability to reach sensible compromise position, a clear communicator, with clarity and positivity.
6.    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & data management platforms.
7.    A positive 'can do' mentality, self-motivated, setting the right behaviours.
8.    An ability to think laterally and flexibly to deliver solutions, and a 'process driven' focus to delivery.

 


Experience: 

 

1.    A positive 'can do' mentality, self-motivated, setting the right behaviours.
2.    An ability to think laterally and flexibly to deliver solutions, and a 'process-driven' focus on delivery.
3.    Strong communication skills with their team and external stakeholders.

5.    Experience working on major construction projects.
6.    Experienced working with Joint Ventures
7.    Preferable nuclear experience or at least major EPC projects.
8.    Understanding of P6 planning programs/scheduling capabilities
9.    Understanding or be willing to learn about temporary works and scaffolding.
