Execution Design Coordinator

Bilfinger UK are looking for an Execution Design Coordinator to join us on site at HPC on a fill time basis


Managing of Bilfinger's Execution Design activities, such as
Preparation of Field Change Requests (FCR) and Technical Queries (TQ)
Handling of incoming (raised by other disciplines) Field Change Requests (FCR) or Non-Conformity Reports (NCR)
Managing of clashes or unforeseen issues occurred during the pipe and support installation
Supporting the Design Site Manager and Project Manager in terms of claims
Correspondence and coordination of the Back Office (design team)
Representing Bilfinger's interests at technical meetings
Identifying potential for improvement and initiating the necessary actions
Supporting the Engineering Site Manager in organizational and technical matters
Based in site full time
38 hours per week
Permanent staff position


Requirements:


CCNSG
Qualified to Bachelor/Master's degree level in Technologies and Science, Physics, and mechanical engineering or similar. In the case of extensive, proven professional experience, Technicians, Master Craftsmen or similar may also be considered
Good knowledge of MS Office and Document Management Systems
Proven experience as piping engineer in a highly regulated industry preferably in nuclear technology
Experience in handling of design related documents such as Isometrics, Support drawings, Workbooks, Field Change Requests and AS BUILT drawings
Experience in communicating with the other disciplines (e.g. the client, other design companies, third party, etc.)
Preferable knowledge of manufacturing codes such as RCCM, ASME or CODAP
Knowledge in design software AVEVA E3D/PDMS
Experience in dealing with Inspection organization (e.g. TÜV, APAVE, etc.)
Pragmatic, with a strong focus on problem resolution
