Role:

The role is to manage the outsourced orders generated by the business; discuss client requirements, to advise on and provide service benefits, and manage supplier relationships and service levels. To drive reduction in cost and improvements in quality and efficiency.

 

Be proactive in adding value to the customer and identifying opportunities for both business growth and customer experience improvement.

 

The role requires the ability to source products and services for client needs to the benefit of both the end user and ARC. Liaising with colleagues in following process for the transaction and / or briefing procedure is crucial.

 

To promote the profile and services of ARC-UK to the HPC project and associated developments as well as other business in the Somerset area via social media, newsletters, promotions, etc.

 

The workplace will be ARC’s Bridgwater offices. The customers are primarily EDF/NNB and the Tier 1 contractors on the HPC construction project.

 

 

 

Skills & Abilities: 

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of customer contact.

 

  • A knowledge of reprographics and print is an advantage

 

  • Ability to work in a team.

 

  • Good attention to detail.

 

  • Use of word / excel and ability to learn and operate specific software systems (required to process work).

 

Experience:

 

  • Understanding the requirements of working to deadlines, KPIs and service levels is required.

 

  • Supplier management and / or marketing experience would be an advantage.

 

 

Additionally:

·        Hours of work would be Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

·        Remuneration package – £25,000.00.
